Material NFP is intended for fine gas and liquid filtration from mechanical impurities.
Material (NFP) is a nonwoven fabric in width 0,75 m, made of thermojuncted ultrathin polypropylene fibers with diameter 1-5 µ by aerodynamic formation method. High filtering characteristics of the material (NFP) are achieved due to resistant electrostatic charge marked on it.
SPECIFIC FEATURES:
• ecologically safe because manufactured from polypropylene of medical purpose;
• double-layer construction of the material helps to improve filtering efficiency due to kinetic energy decrease of aerosol particles between layers;
• it has high density of fiber packaging that makes for selfregeneration (partial dust removal) from the surface of the filtering element;
• the material is heat-resistant at temperature up to +140°С.
APPLICATION:
The material (NFP) is used in production of filtering elements of personal protective equipment of respiratory organs against aerosols of harmful substances, as well as for filters of industry and household ventilation and for filters of liquid filtration from mechanical impurities. The material can be used at temperatures from -30 °С to +140 °С; it is chemically resistant to acids and alkalis, does not dissolve in organic solvents in normal conditions, biologically neutral, resistant to the influence of microorganisms; it is not susceptible to rotting. Waste of material NFP can be recycled into secondary polypropylene or be burnt up at garbage plants.
